Returns and Damages

We do accept returns. Contact us within 3 days of receipt of item for instructions. Customer is responsible for all return postage. All returns must be in original packaging and in re-sell able condition. After we receive your item, you will be refunded minus any shipping charges.

Custom orders are non-refundable.

Damages must be reported to us within 3 days of receipt of merchandise. You are responsible to hold onto merchandise and boxes it was shipped in until all claims are settled. A full refund or exchange will be made by Storcks Designs after any claims are settled.
